Me and my journey

I have been in Marketing most of my career and truly enjoy creating experiences that help bring that “aha” moment to customers and prospects. I’ve spent last decade at hypergrowth companies building for scale and efficiency. These opportunities allowed my team and I to develop and test events (especially through COVID) to ensure that what we were bringing to market was the most impactful and could also be replicated for other regions and industries. 

 

Through amazing leadership along the way, I became passionate about building and developing my own high-performing teams. I've come to understand the value of effective organizational design in creating a cohesive, motivated team that consistently achieves top results.

 

I’m so excited to be able to take all my learnings to help make an impact within more organizations.

 

When I am not in work mode (depending on the season) you will find me snowmobiling or wake surfing with my husband and two boys.
